Game & Practice Information for 2023

Games on Sunday afternoons @ Gonzaga Prep

Practices Monday-Thursday 3-5pm @ Cannon Hill Park

Walkthroughs 2:45-3:30pm Friday on HPE field

Equipment & Uniform Information

• Required Equipment Items:
  • Shoulder pads and helmet with chin strap - provided and fitted by Cataldo
  • Mouthguard with strap - provided by family (recommend widestrap)
    • No noisemaking or flavored mouthguards
  • Cleats - Provided by family

• Optional Equipment Items - supplied by families and must be inspected by Cataldo Football Staff:
  • Visor - must be clear, no tint and designed for specific helmet
  • Shoulder pad attachments - neck brace, etc
  • Gloves - receiving or lineman (recommended)
  • Handwarming pouch

• Uniform Items Provided by Cataldo:
  • Game jerseys
  • 7th/8th - navy and green
  • 5th/6th - navy and gold
    • Gold game pant shells
    • Navy and pink game socks
    • Practice jerseys
    • QB towel and wristband (for quarterbacks)

• Uniform Items Provided by Families:
  • Integrated practice pants - these are football pants with the pads build in! Players will wear them to practice and pull their gold shells over them for games.
  • Cold weather base layer - needs to be navy or black, no hood (sweatshirts are not recommended, something like an Under Armour is ideal)
